About Barbara A. Clegg

Barbara A. Clegg, M.S. is a Registered Corporate Coach (RCC) with expertise in corporate and executive coaching and comprehensive team development. With over twenty-five years experience as a coach, trainer, facilitator and consultant for both the public and private sector, Barbara’s masterful insight and depth of experience gets to the heart of the complex issues facing business leaders and key influencers in today’s ever-changing global environment. Whether working with a C-level Executive, a Manager, or a group, Barbara’s discerning perception and capacity to elicit personal and professional shifts makes her a vital ally to the client organizations she serves.

Her experience includes facilitating large-scale public forums and collaborative processes involving public policy and growth management issues. She also mediates grievance-based group interventions within organizations. Barbara enjoys a long standing relationship with the University of Central Florida and the University of South Florida, Employers Association of Florida and the Florida Conflict Resolution Consortium.

Barbara has enjoyed a distinguished career serving in numerous Florida community leadership roles and Board appointments. For years, she hosted "Community Tapestry," a live 30-minute radio talk show, and was recognized as Orlando, Florida's "Downtown Woman of the Year."

Barbara holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida and a Master of Science(M.S.) in Business Management from Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Florida.

Barbara is a Registered Corporate Coach with the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC) and is a Certified Instructor for the Registered Corporate Coach program through the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches. Barbara is certified to administer the Conflict Dynamics Profile through Eckerd College’s Management Development Institute, a network associate of the Center for Creative Leadership. She is a member of American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) and the International Enneagram Association (IEA).

Barbara currently divides her time between Florida and Los Angeles, California.
